Delete your Curevia account

You can ask us to delete your Curevia account and the personal data linked to it at any time. You do not need to be signed in to read this page.
Option 1 — in the app
- Open Curevia and sign in.
- Go to Me, tap your name at the top to open Profile.
- Open Account & privacy and choose Delete account.
- Confirm. If you want a copy of your data, use Account & privacy › Export my data before you delete.
Option 2 — by email (if you cannot use the app)
Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask you to confirm the request before acting on it, so that nobody else can delete your account.
What happens next
- A deletion request has a seven-day cooling-off period. If you change your mind, sign in within that time, open Account & privacy › Delete account and tap Cancel — keep my account.
- After the cooling-off period, your account is closed and your profile, family members, uploaded medical records and files, itineraries, messages and other personal data are deleted or anonymised.
- Records we must keep for legal, tax, dispute or security reasons — such as payment and refund records, consent records and audit logs — are retained with restricted access for as long as the law requires, and are not used for any other purpose. See section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Deleting your account does not stop an App Store or Google Play membership subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store account settings or in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions, so you are not charged again.

- App 内申请：登录后进入「我的」，点顶部的姓名，在打开的页面里找到「账户与隐私」→「删除账户」，确认即可。如需保留资料副本，请先在「账户与隐私」→「导出我的数据」中导出。
- 邮件申请（无法使用 App 时）：用注册邮箱发邮件至 [email protected]，主题写「删除账号申请」。为防止他人冒名删除，我们可能先请你确认。
申请后有 7 天冷静期，期间登录后在「账户与隐私」→「删除账户」点「撤销删除，保留账户」即可撤销；期满后删除或匿名化你的资料、家庭成员、上传的病历与文件、行程和消息等个人数据。法律、税务、争议处理或安全所必需的记录（如付款与退款记录、授权记录、审计日志）会在限制访问的前提下按法定期限保留，不作他用。
注意：删除账号不会自动取消 App Store 或 Google Play 的会员订阅，请先在对应商店的订阅管理里取消，以免继续扣费。
